  Election commission of India has declared the dates for Lok Sabha election 2024. The general election will be conducted in seven phases throughout the country. UPSC Prelims 2024 was earlier scheduled to be held on 26 May 2024. The preliminary examination was falling in the midst of the last two phases of Lok Sabha election. As a result, UPSC Prelims 2024 has now been postponed to 16 June 2024.

Biology is a very important subject for C lass 12 Board Exam and obviously for NEET . In the board exam, Biology carries 100 marks with 70 marks in theory and 30 marks in practical. In NEET , 100 (90 to be answered) questions are asked from Biology i.e. Botany (50) and Zoology (50). Each question carries 4 marks.

There are 15 Government Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh including   AIIMS Bhopal . Admission in all these colleges is done based on NEET Merit List. In AIIMS Bhopal, candidates across the country can take admission based on   NEET All India Rank   while in other government colleges of MP,   15   percent seats are reserved under   All India Quota   while some seats are reserved under   Government of India (GOI)   for central nominees.

All 100 seats in   AIIMS Bhopal   are filled based on   NEET All India Rank . Admission in Government and Private Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh (MP) is now done based on   NEET Merit List .   National Testing Agency   (NTA)   conducts NEET every year and based on its merit list,   Department of Medical Education   (DME)   under the government of Madhya Pradesh conducts counselling for allotment of MBBS seats under state quota. Admission in different government and private engineering colleges of Jharkhand is done based on JEE Main score. For taking admission in the engineering colleges of the state, students need to participate in JCECEB Engineering counselling. This counselling is conducted at the state level though JEE Main is conducted by NTA at the national level.

AISSEE 2021   online application form for admission to   Class 6   and   Class 9   in various   Sainik   Schools   has been released by   NTA   ( National Testing Agency ). Interested candidates can apply for admission to only one   Sainik   School. NTA has been mandated to conduct AISSEE ( All India   Sainik   Schools Entrance Examination ), declare its result and provide the merit list to the   SSS   ( Sainik   Schools Society ).  

  MCC   ( Medical Counselling Committee ) has finally announced counselling schedule of   NEET 2020   for admission under   15%   All India Quota   in various medical and dental colleges of India. This counselling is also special because for the first time   AIIMS   and   JIMPER   have come under the ambit of NEET. Admission in these two premiere medical institutions along with other deemed and central universities will be carried out based on NEET score in this counselling.  

  CBSE has declared the result of Class 10 Compartment Examination 2020. Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply online for verification of marks, obtaining copy of their answer sheet and re-evaluation or re-checking of their answer sheet. It must be noted that if you want your copy re-checked again then you need to apply for all the three processes and submit fees for them separately.   

  Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board   or   JCECEB   is the apex body that conducts various entrance exams and counselling in Jharkhand.
