How to Fill Application Form of NEET 2019?



The online application form of NEET UG 2019 is now available on its official website. National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) as common medical entrance exam for admission into Medical and Dental colleges of India. The last date to submit online application form of NEET is 30 November 2018. NEET will be conducted on 5 May 2019 (Sunday). Let us now see, how to fill application form of NEET 2019?

How to Fill Online Application Form of NEET 2019? 

1)   Go to Official Website of NEET i.e. www.ntaneet.nic.in

2)   If you have not registered yet then select “New Registration

3)   Read the instructions carefully and proceed ahead

4)   Enter your personal details like Name, Mother and Father Name, Date of Birth, Category, State of Eligibility, ID Card details, Mobile Number, Email ID etc carefully.

5)   After successful registration, provisional application number will be generated. If you are ready with your details and scanned images of your photograph and signature then proceed ahead. You can also complete next step later by logging into NEET website using your provisional application number. (READ: NEET 2019: Application Form, Exam Pattern, CUT-OFF and Eligibility)

6)   In next step you will be required to enter your academic details, Contact details and other information. Fill your details carefully and check them before proceeding ahead.

7)   Now you need to upload scanned images of your photograph and signature in the next step.

8)   Photograph Requirement: Upload your recent passport size colour photograph with white background. The scanned image of your photograph should be in JPG format and its size should be between 10 to 200kb.  

9)       The scanned image of your signature should also be in JPG format and its size must be between 4 to 30kb.

10)       After uploading your photograph and signature, you need to submit examination fee.

11)       General (Unreserved Category) and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 1400. SC, ST and PH candidates are required to submit Rs. 750 as exam fee. 

12)       NEET 2019 examination fee can be paid through Debit or Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI or e-Challan from SBI.

13)       After successful payment of examination fee, confirmation page will be generated. 

14)       Take a printout of confirmation page and proof of remittance of fee. You are not required to send this confirmation page anywhere. Keep it along with you for future reference.
