How to fill AIPMT 2015 Application Form?



CBSE has released the online application form of All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test-2015. The application form of AIPMT 2015 can only be filled through online mode. The last date to fill the online application form of AIPMT 2015 without late fee is 31st December 2014. Candidates can fill application form on the official website of AIPMT i.e. www.aipmt.nic.in




AIPMT 2015 Exam Fees

(1)   General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 1200 as examination fee while SC, ST and Physically handicapped candidates need to submit Rs. 650 as AIPMT examination fee.

(2)   On late submission of application form, General and OBC candidates will be charged Rs. 2400 while SC, ST and Physically Handicapped candidates need to submit Rs. 1850 as examination fee.

AIPMT 2015 Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression Requirements

(1)   Photograph: Candidates should take 8-10 copies of passport size photographs and a copy of Postcard size photograph with white background. Photograph must be clear and should be taken on or after 1st December 2014. The photograph should display the name of the candidate and date on which it was taken. The scanned JPG image of passport size photograph must be between 10-100kb and it should be uploaded while filling AIPMT 2015 application form.

(2)   Signature: Candidate running signature should be between 3-20kb in size and in JPG format. Writing name in capital letter in the signature box is strictly prohibited.

(3)   Left Hand Thumb Impression: The size of scanned image of left hand thumb impression must be between 3-20kb and in JPG format.


How to fill AIPMT 2015 Application Form?

(1)   Visit the official website of AIPMT i.e. www.aipmt.nic.in

(2)   Click on “Apply Online”. Read the instructions carefully and also check your eligibility before proceeding ahead.

(3)   Please note that candidates are allowed to submit only one application form. On multiple submission of examination form, your candidature will be rejected. Hence fill your particulars in the form carefully.

(4)   Enter your name, father’s and mother’s name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile number. Give your personal mobile number because CBSE will send an OTP (one time password) on it after submission of these details. Note down OTP received on your mobile. 

(5)   On the next page, enter your correspondence and academic details carefully. 

(6)   Qualifying Examination Code: Students appearing in the class 12 board exams in 2015 should select Code 01 while those who have passed class 12 board exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English earlier should choose Code 02. Students with other qualifications must check the information bulletin of AIPMT before choosing any code.

(7)   Domicile: Candidates should choose their native state under this section. In other words, you should select the state with your permanent address.

(8)   Password: Choose a strong password like YoU12@13# that you will use for future logins 

(9)   Choose the preferred Exam Centers and Medium of question paper carefully.

(10)                       Enter the received OTP password and submit your application form. 

(11)                       Upload the scanned images of your photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression and self-declaration (only for Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J & K candidates) in the next step

(12)                       Self-Declaration: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J & K are not eligible for All India Quota medical seats. To become eligible you must submit a self-declaration. You will find more information about it in the AIPMT prospectus.

(13)                       One can submit AIPMT 2015 examination fees either through Debit/Credit cards or through E-Challan
 
(14)                       After submitting examination fee, print the confirmation page and keep it 

Please Note: Candidates are not required to send AIPMT 2015 confirmation page to CBSE office. Read the AIPMT 2015 Information Bulletin to clear any doubts.
