Who can appear in NEET Phase 2?

The Supreme Court of India has ordered CBSE to conduct NEET 2016 in two phases for admission into various Medical and Dental Colleges of India. As per the order of the apex court of India, AIPMT 2016 will now be considered as the first phase of NEET which was conducted on 1st May. Central and many state governments had earlier requested the court to postpone NEET for one year.
