How to fill CGTTCE 2016 Online Application Form?



The online application form of CGTTCE (Combined Graduate Trained Teacher Competitive Examination) has been released on its official website i.e. www.jssc.in. Candidates can apply for CGTTCE 2016 only through online mode from 6 February. The last date for the online registration is 15 March 2017. And the final date for the submission of Exam fee is 20 March 2017. Let us see now, how to fill CGTTCE 2016 Online Application Form.


Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) will conduct CGTTCE for 17572 TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) posts. Before proceeding ahead for filling the online application form of CGTTCE 2016, you must ensure that you are eligible to appear in the examination. You can download the prospectus of examination from JSSC official website.

How to fill CGTTCE 2016 Online Application Form?

(1)        Go to Official Website of JSSC i.e. www.jssc.in

(2)        Select “Online Application for CGTTCE 2016

(3)        If you are a new user then select “Register” 

(4)        On the next screen, fill your details like age, qualification, category, contact details, etc carefully and submit it. Ensure that all the details are correct. You will not be allowed to change them later.

(5)        On successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message in your Email and Mobile, bearing Application number and Password. These details will be required to Login further and complete the application form.

(6)        Using Login details received in the SMS, Login to JSSC website as a registered candidate. Fill your personal details and other required information carefully. Verify details provided by you carefully before submitting them.

(7)        Photograph Requirement: In the next step, you need to upload your recent passport size colour photograph with preferably white background. The scanned image of your photograph should be in JPEG format and its size should be less than 500 kb.

(8)        Signature Requirement: Now you need to upload your signature. Sign with a black ink pen on a white paper and scan it. The scanned image should also be in JPEG format and its size should not exceed 500 kb.  

(9)        Now you are required to submit examination fee either through State Bank Collect or Debit/Credit Cards or Net Banking. If you want to deposit exam fee using State Bank Collect then follow steps as mentioned here. Go to www.onlinesbi.com --> Select “State Bank Collect--> Tick Terms and Conditions and Proceed --> Select “Jharkhand” under State of Corporate/Institution --> Select “Govt. Department” under Type of Corporate/Institution and proceed --> Select “Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission” on next screen and click on submit --> Select “CGTTCE-2016” under Payment category --> Enter your Registration Number and submit your examination fee.

(10)     After successful submission of Exam fee, wait for 3-4 days and then take printout of Registration Slip/Application Form. You are not required to send it anywhere. Retain provisional Registration Slip for future reference.
